A new Supported Independent Living (SIL) home is coming to Newcomb, Geelong , and we are looking for dedicated and flexible female support workers to join our team About the Role: We are seeking two compassionate and reliable female support workers with good availability and flexibility to be part of a supportive care team. Our client is in her early 30s and enjoys sharing stories, baking, going out, and getting her nails done . She has a diagnosis of Mild Cerebral Palsy and an Intellectual disability. Available Roster Line: MUST be completed in full. Unfortunately no amendments can be made to the below shift times. PPT 2 - 37 hours per fortnight Week 1 Tuesday 6am to 9am - 3 hours Thursday 14:30pm to 6:00am (sleepover 22:00pm to 6:00am) - 7.5 hours Saturday 14:00pm to 6:00am (sleepover 22:00pm to 6:00am) - 8 hours Sunday 14:00pm to 6:00am (sleepover 22:00pm to 6:00am) - 8 hours Week 2 Thursday 6:00am to 9:00am - 3 hours Friday 14:30pm to 6:00am (sleepover 22:00pm to 6:00am) - 7.5 hours Key Responsibilities: Providing personal care and daily living assistance Supporting safe transfers from wheelchair to bed/recliner Engaging in social activities and community outings Assisting with cooking, baking, and other household tasks Building a positive and trusting relationship with the client About You: Female applicants only Experience in disability support, aged care, or a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with manual handling and transfers Passionate about making a difference in someone’s life ___________________________________________ Rates: PART-TIME Pay Rates (SCHADS Award - Home Care Employee) Before tax, plus annual and personal leave: Day Shift: $33.03/hour Afternoon Shift: $37.16/hour Active Night Shift: $37.98/hour Saturday: $49.55/hour Sunday: $66.06/hour Public Holiday: $82.58/hour Sleepover Flat Rate: $50 ___________________________________________ Essential Requirements Current First Aid and CPR certification Valid driver’s licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance - mandatory VIC Working With Children - Employee NDIS Worker Screening Check Completion of NDIS Quality, Safety, and You modules Why Work with Us?
