Location: Rosebery, NSW | Full-Time | On-Site An exciting opportunity exists for a proactive and organised Sales Coordinator to join a fast-paced and growing fashion business that operates across wholesale and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. About the Role You’ll be at the heart of the sales team, managing day-to-day communications with both retail customers and wholesale partners, while supporting the broader commercial function. This is a highly collaborative, front-of-house role, ideal for someone who’s passionate about delivering exceptional service and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities Customer Service – DTC Manage customer communication across multiple fashion e-commerce sites via Shopify Respond promptly to email, return portal, and phone inquiries with professionalism and empathy Develop expert product knowledge across a multi-brand portfolio to provide accurate advice Ensure an exceptional, high-touch customer experience throughout the purchase journey Wholesale – B2B Serve as the first point of contact for all wholesale partner queries Enter and manage purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system (Cin7) Support Brand Managers with sales admin, including line sheets, price lists, and order forms Coordinate sample send-outs, showroom setups, and visual merchandising Assist with the preparation and logistics for sales markets and domestic/international travel Conduct monthly check-in calls with U.S. boutique accounts and share SOH (stock-on-hand) reports Office & Showroom Coordination Maintain a clean, professional showroom environment Manage front-of-house duties, including call handling and general office support Support the sales team in travel planning and mobile showroom logistics (e.g., steamers, mannequins, racks) What We’re Looking For Experience in a fashion wholesale, retail, or e-commerce setting Strong administrative and coordination skills with a high attention to detail Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Shopify, and ERP systems (Cin7 preferred) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Team player with a flexible, proactive attitude A tertiary qualification in fashion, business, or a related field is a plus, but not essential Why Join?
