About the Role You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients — in person, over the phone, and via email so we’re looking for someone who’s polished, warm, and genuinely loves people and pets. Your day will be filled with juggling appointments, answering inquiries, and keeping everything running smoothly at the front desk. Multitasking is your middle name This role is all about customer service — no nursing duties here.
