As part of Naiman Clarke’s continuing national approach to recruitment, we are seeking to employ a Legal Recruitment Consultant to work on establishing and maintaining relationships with legal firms across the country. About the role: Identifying and developing client/business relationships. Maintaining a candidate data base. Advising candidates and clients on the most appropriate solutions/options. Screening and interviewing applicants. Managing the interview process and beyond. Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between the client and candidate. Providing CV, interview and general career advice. Advising clients and candidates on the current market. The ideal candidate: Must be commercially minded, confident, sales focused and team-oriented. A commerce, human resources, business or law graduate. With a proven track record in recruitment (a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role) OR a legal background. Have a professional presentation, excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Solution oriented.
