This role will require someone who picks systems up quickly and is able to meet deadlines and remain calm in the process. You will need to feel confident interacting with individuals via phone and email. As this role is urgent they need someone who is confident on the phone with a professional, yet warm tone. Your core duties will involve working with the mining industry and booking in medical appointments. This will involve making sure all documentation is up to date, and entering all relevant information into the system and taking any actions required. This is a pivotal role within the business.
