The Position Manage the Tenancy Coordination process for retail tenants by Fitout Guidelines and Lease Agreements Manage External Design Consultants to ensure Lessor obligations are complied with Ensure ongoing changes are anticipated and managed effectively Coordination and strategic support for the preparation of operational budget and forecasts Work closely with the Leasing team regarding tenancy coordination The Criteria This role requires someone who can plan, achieve high workloads, meet deadlines, develop and implement systems.
