They have a positive team environment and are looking for somebody to join their team The Opportunity They are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administration Assistant. The role will suit somebody who is seeking a full-time permanent opportunity where they can grow. This role is ideal for somebody who is looking for longevity in their next role. Your key responsibilities will include: Being the "face" of the office by meeting and greeting clients Answering phones General office support duties Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients ATO lodgements Corresponding with clients in regards to any queries they may have Scanning, filing, archiving Maintaining the client database About You Must have at least 1 years' experience in administration within an accounting practice Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude" Be a people person and love talking to new people Have excellent presentation and communication skills Microsoft Office Suite Strong administration skills How to Apply To apply for this role, please submit your resume through the APPLY button.
