We do what we say we will do Responsibilities: Domestic Assistance : Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping. High-Level Personal Care : Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, and use of specialized equipment. Respite Care : Provide relief to caregivers, allowing them time for rest or appointments. Social Support & Transportation : Facilitate social engagement and assist with community activities and appointments. Medication Monitoring : Prompt clients to take medication per their Care Plan. Compliance : Follow operational guidelines and reporting requirements. All other reasonable duties that may be included in a NDIS Support Woker Role. Minimum 1 year of experience in disability or aged care. Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and relevant checks (WWCC, NDIS screening, First Aid, CPR).
