The Opportunity Working on-site at a shopping centre, this role is responsible for providing administration support to the shopping centre management team. The Centre The recently developed shopping centre forms the central point of a larger development, comprising residential towers, boutique hotel and commercial offices. Duties & Responsibilities This role will primarily focus in supporting the team responsible for maximising tenant and customer satisfaction, contributing to the centre's performance. Key duties & responsibilities include: Reception - meet and greet clients/customers. Email - filtering, responding or re-directing incoming enquiries. Administration support to the management team. Processing accounts payable. Liaison with tenants. Running weekly management reports. Attending meetings and taking minutes. Calendar management, Entering and updating tenancy records and schedules. Management of car parking enquiries. Experience Required The preferred candidate will possess prior experience in administration roles, including effective partnering with colleagues to achieve targets. In addition to your practical experience, you will have a customer service orientation and a focusing on completing tasks.
