This part time (approximately 15 hours per week), fixed term appointment is available for a May 2025 start. This great opportunity will allow you to engage with the broader College community, from parents to staff and students and external providers. Working across both the Early Years reception and the General Office, you will have a wide variety of reception duties, administration tasks and First Aid. No two days will look the same You should have the capacity to manage high volume demand with a professional manner and be able to exemplify discretion and confidentiality. You will be able to respond to queries face to face, over the phone or by email with the same prompt and courteous can-do attitude. Your flexibility and enthusiasm will be greatly appreciated.
