Customer Service Officer — Northgate, Brisbane

Position: Customer Service Officer Roster: Monday to Friday 11am to 7pm and Friday to Monday 7am to 5pm. Location: Northgate QLD About the role We are currently seeking Customer Service Officer’s to join our fast-growing East Coast team and clients, onsite in Northgate, QLD. This position will be casual for an initial 6-month duration with potential to move to permanent, direct with the client. Working Monday to Friday 11am to 7pm with potential WFH days and Friday to Monday 7am to 5pm with potential WFH days. Skills & Experience Experience with Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) (Essential) Previous call centre experience, Salesforce, transport/logistics or supply chain systems (Desirable) Efficient processor who thrives on growing their skills and boosting output Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Good work ethic and high attention to detail Customer focused, patient and resilient.
