What the day will look like In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing our Life, PHI and A&H portfolio and driving national growth strategies. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing a market-leading growth plan. - Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities, identifying strategic cross-sell potential for our products, services, and risk solutions. - Engaging with potential clients through networking, referrals, proactive marketing, presentations, cold-calling, and other outreach methods. - Identifying tailored solutions to help clients reduce risk exposure through targeted intervention strategies. - Collaborating closely with Aon colleagues to identify and develop new business opportunities. What you bring to the role You’re a creative, solution-focused thinker who is proactive, driven, and ready to take ownership in this key role. To thrive, you should have: - 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong technical expertise in Life Insurance and Employee Benefits. - A foundational understanding of Health and Wellbeing (a plus). - High resilience and an outcome-focused approach. - Self-motivation and the ability to think outside the box. - Strong presentation and influencing skills, with experience engaging diverse audiences. - A keen entrepreneurial spirit and a track record of executing successful growth strategies. - A well-established network across Human Resources.
