As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, contributing to the efficiency of the office, and actively enhancing company procedures. Key function s of this role also includes : Provide administrative support to the region, including reception duties, general administration, and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) tasks. Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism. Maintain organi s ed filing systems, both physical and digital. Monitor and order office supplies to support daily functions. Contribute to the enhancement of company procedures by taking ownership of administrative processes. Deliver exceptional customer service to internal staff and external vendors. What You'll Bring : To be successful in this role you will need: A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office skills A Relevant qualification in business administration preferred but not essential At least 3 - 5 years relevant experience in a professional office environment and practical application of O&H procedures.
