They’re growing quickly and have created a supportive and welcoming environment. You’ll be based at their Tonsley office – it’s modern, open-plan, and there’s on-site parking too. The Role We’re looking for a Junior Customer Service Rep to join the team. You’ll be reporting directly to the Director and working alongside a small, tight-knit crew. It’s a key role where you’ll make sure customers are getting the support they need and that all orders are being delivered on time. Day-to-day: Answering customer queries Reaching out to potential clients and helping them with pricing and product options Supporting the outbound sales team Following up on quotes and keeping clients in the loop Researching upcoming projects and identifying key contacts Making sure orders are delivered on time General customer service and sales support About you: We’re after someone with experience in customer service or inside sales – ideally from a busy, fast-paced environment. You’ll be confident on the phone, great with people, and keen to grow your career. Bonus points if you’ve worked in or around the trades or construction industries before. Top-notch communication and customer service skills Comfortable following up warm leads and closing sales Experience with trades/construction is handy, but not essential A team player who’s motivated and ready to grow Training is all provided, but experience in a high-volume sales/support role would be a plus What’s in It for You This place really looks after their people.
