It’s about thoughtful, well-researched outreach, where building relationships and understanding prospects' challenges lead to meaningful conversations. You'll be focused on identifying and engaging decision-makers at mid-market companies, developing strategic outreach, and booking high-value sales meetings. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you’ll refine messaging and create targeted approaches that drive results. You Will: - Research and engage decision-makers in mid-market businesses, identifying key prospects who fit the ideal customer profile. - Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and strategic calling to drive engagement and interest. - Book qualified meetings with decision-makers by crafting messaging that resonates with their specific challenges. - Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to refine prospecting strategies and improve conversion rates. - Develop a deep understanding of the product and market, allowing you to position solutions effectively and add value to every conversation. This Role Is for You If: - You have 1 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role. - You’re curious, proactive, and adaptable, always looking for better ways to connect with prospects. - You bring a creative approach to sales—you don’t just follow the same playbook as everyone else.
