Service Designer – Digital Experience Brisbane CBD 6 Month initial contract option to extend Competitive Market rate We’re looking for an experienced Service Designer to support the Customer & Digital (C&D) Program as it transitions into business operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building a scalable Digital Experience Architecture that supports service design, user research insights, and best-practice implementation across Council platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Design and prototype user-centric digital experiences and service flows - Define and implement service patterns and best practices - Collaborate with project teams and suppliers to deliver solutions - Support QA and review of solution components - Document design decisions and create implementation guides - Use design tools such as Miro to develop service blueprints and visual frameworks What We’re Looking For: - Experience in service design and human-centred design practices - Ability to develop wireframes, process flows, and service documentation - Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is desirable - Knowledge of solution design, information architecture, and content structuring - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams Desirable: - 3 years of experience in a Service Designer role - Exposure to knowledge repositories and digital governance frameworks Please apply today or speak to Chantelle lee on 32915405.
