Position Objectives Customer Solutions Consultants (CSC’s) play a crucial role in ensuring a high level of customer service is provided in relation to the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services system. Customer Solutions Consultants work as part of the national team of CSC’s providing advice, support and information to apprentices and employers along with administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective delivery. CSC’s also provide high levels of customer support to internal clients such as Apprenticeship Consultants and Mentoring & Career Specialists along with external stakeholders including but not limited to State Training Authorities and staff of Registered Training Organizations. Customer Solutions Consultants are committed to improving apprentice completion rates through their expert knowledge, timely application of processes and individualized support. The Role entails: Performing a range of administrative tasks accurately and promptly Communicating and liaising effectively with internal staff What we're looking for: Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude Willingness to learn new systems and processes Great attention to detail Strong work ethic and commitment to a 12-month Traineeship Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Ability to obtain and maintain a Working with Children Check and a National Police Check What We Offer: Full-time role / Hybrid Model Paid study time to complete a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business.
