This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing inventory, and supervising order processing, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products • Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure inventory levels are sufficient to meet customer demand • Supervise and train warehouse staff, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely delivery of products • Implement and maintain warehouse best practices to optimize efficiency and minimize costs • Coordinate with vendors and carriers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, orders, or shipments • Ensure temperature integrity for stock are maintained and data collected • Escalate errors to the relevant Manager • Ensure compliance of all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines by all direct reports • Complete other duties as assigned Skills and Experience: • Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices • Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills • Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team • Proficient in inventory management and software systems • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
