The role is a fixed term part-time position until the end of the 2025 academic year, working 3 days a week from 8.00am to 4.00pm (flexible with days). As the first point of contact for visitors to the school, this position plays a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere within our school community. You will make an impact by: Managing the visitor reception area of the School, including general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth function of Reception Welcoming and greeting all appointments, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner Answering incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and directing calls as necessary Maintaining a clean and organised reception area, ensuring a presentable and welcoming environment Providing administrative support to various departments within the school as required Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with utmost professionalism To be successful in this role… You are a customer service professional with a high standard of personal presentation, together with exemplary communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly and professional in your approach, you build effective working relationships with ease. You are organised, detail focused, team oriented and take pride in producing work that is of a high calibre.
