FindStaff are seeking an Experienced Warehouse Administrator based in Cardiff . Casual ongoing position to permanent after a few months. ASAP START Hours and Rate Monday-Friday ongoing $34.00ph 7.30am - 4.00pm Duties & Responsibilities: Raising purchase orders and checking materials against the purchase orders Processing Invoices Scheduling Filing of documentation (Organise excel spreadsheet) Attention to detail - ensuring invoices match up to their folder/job Ensuring jobs are allocated in correct sequences Procurement Proficiency in excel and Microsoft office About you: Full working rights Technically astute with skills in Microsoft office 365 and all its necessary applications (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). Strong attention to detail and accurate Data Entry skills Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal Proactive and takes the initiative; possess a strong sense of urgency required in a fast-paced environment.
