WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW You will be the go-to person within the business for technical enquiries from internal stakeholders and customers. You will occasionally travel to hospitals to work on-site to provide technical support and training to clinical staff and biomedical engineers, all other times you will be based on-site in Brookvale. You will be involved in troubleshooting any product issues, including diagnostics and repairs. You will provide support and training across ANZ for internal and external stakeholders. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB? You will have qualifications preferably, however, if you are an IT savvy person used to doing repairs and maintenance on software/hardware, you are encouraged to apply. 2 years’ experience in a similar technical/support/help desk/field service role. Ideally with experience within the medical field (manufacturing or service environment) but not necessary. Excellent written & verbal communication and client relationship skills. Must have full working rights and live on the Northern Beaches or Sydney's North Shore and happy to travel to Northern Beaches. INTERESTED?
