The Role Based in their Brookvale offices, you will be responsible for managing enrolments and enquiries, and driving occupancy for a group of childcare centres through phone calls and email communication. There is no cold calling required, but you will use your call centre experience and customer service skills to effectively engage with families as well as centre management and teams to ensure that everyone involved has an outstanding experience. If you have experience within the early education sector and understand Qikkids or Xplor, that would be great, but it is not a requirement for the role. Duties Answering calls and emails and assisting families throughout their time with the childcare centres – from pre-enrolment through to end of care. Scheduling centre tours for prospective families Managing the waitlist ensuring all leads are up to date and regularly contacted Provide administration support for Centre Managers Ensure a friendly and helpful nature whilst providing the best customer service possible during any interaction Skills and Experience Experience working in a call centre or in a high-volume reception/customer service role. Higher School Certificate or equivalent Strong computer skills (particularly Microsoft Office Suite, data-entry and email/internet) Strong business acumen with the ability to participate in problem-solving and strategy development Experience managing customer files and databases A friendly and compassionate phone manner Strong administration skills and an eye for detail Benefits Be part of a fun and dynamic team, who will support your learning and growth.
