As a key part of the Finance and Administration team, we’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist / Administration Assistant to be the face of our Sydney office and a go-to support for daily operations. Key responsibilities and duties Greeting and assisting visitors, members, and staff at the front desk Answering and directing phone enquiries via the main switchboard Managing mail (incoming and outgoing) and maintaining office supplies Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes (equipment allocation and collection) Maintaining shared inboxes (Reception and Administration) Coordinating workflows via our internal ticketing system Supporting in-house events and conferences Assisting with office WHS responsibilities, including serving as a Fire Warden and First Aid Officer Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and service providers Providing general administrative support across the organisation Previous skills and experience Previous experience in reception, office administration, or customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Solid Microsoft Office skills Excellent time management and organisational skills A friendly, professional, and calm approach—especially under pressure A proactive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed Willingness to learn and develop How to Apply If you are interested in this role, please apply for the role ASAP.
