As a Product Designer, you’ll play an important role in shaping user experiences that align with our vision and meet customer needs. Working within a cross-functional team, you’ll help design intuitive solutions, advocate for user-centred design, and contribute to the team’s success. What you’ll do - Apply user-centred design principles and agile methodologies to solve business and user problems. - Plan, conduct, and synthesise user research to inform design decisions. - Use qualitative and quantitative data to guide design thinking and iterate on solutions. - Create UX/UI artefacts such as wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity screens, and prototypes. - Help facilitate workshops to align teams and generate ideas. - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiences. - Contribute to design culture and team initiatives. Job Qualifications: What you’ll need - 2–4 years of combined Product / UX / UI Design experience. - Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred, evidence-based design solutions. - Figma proficiency. - Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams. - Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions. - A willingness to learn from and collaborate with senior designers and the broader team.
