If you're a seasoned barista with a flair for leadership, this could be your dream role What’s in the Package? • Competitive salary: $75K – $85K • Subsidised accommodation : Only $200/week in a shared 2–3 bedroom unit just 1km from the cafe – walk to work • Work opportunities may be available for partners • Access via public transport or sealed roads • Telstra mobile coverage available Your Role – A Blend of Art and Leadership As Cafe Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of daily operations – making amazing coffee, delivering standout service, and ensuring the cafe runs smoothly and profitably. You’ll lead with positivity, manage a tight-knit team, and foster a welcoming community vibe. Barista Duties • Craft high-quality coffee, smoothies & juices with consistency • Deliver warm, friendly service to every customer • Maintain spotless equipment and workspace • Handle payments and ensure cash register accuracy Managerial Responsibilities • Recruit, train & motivate baristas and team members • Manage stock, place orders, and reduce waste • Keep customers happy and loyal – make every visit memorable • Monitor financials: sales, costs, and staffing • Contribute to menu creativity and seasonal updates • Promote the cafe using social media and local campaigns • Oversee health, safety & cleanliness – compliance is key • Lead with confidence and problem-solve on the fly • Build team spirit with regular coaching & training What You Bring • Previous barista experience a must • Proven leadership/management background • Great communication & multitasking skills • Passion for people, coffee, and creating community vibes This is a long-term opportunity for someone ready to immerse themselves in remote life, lead a great team, and grow within a rewarding role.
