Supports and provides collaborative, appropriate, proficient, coordinated direct and indirect clinical care for complex client presentations, including working with and alongside less experienced nursing and midwifery staff, within the specialty area. This position is based in the Big Rivers Region Government Centre Building in Katherine. The successful applicant will demonstrate extensive experience, skills and knowledge in community Primary health Care. Holding current vaccination certification, will have an understanding of issues affecting Aboriginal health, principles of Primary Health care and relevant legislation governing work practice.
