More About the Role at Stryker What You’ll Do - Support AED program implementation and maintenance, ensuring configurations meet customer specifications. - Set up and monitor accounts across virtual platforms, handling updates, troubleshooting, and technical support. - Act as a trusted point of contact for customers—providing timely communication and clarity on any changes, updates, or service needs. - Coordinate with distributors on customer requests for AED accessories and consumables. - Identify opportunities to improve processes and service outcomes based on customer needs and platform insights. - Work within a structured framework while contributing to a collaborative, team-first culture.
