Program Administrator — Sydney, Sydney Region

The Program Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the daily operations of various educational programs, financing projects and entrepreneurship consulting program for international students. This role demands strong organizational skills, a certain level of project management and financial and accounting skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders, and business and financial resources in China. The Program Administrator will work closely with the Marketing Manager and key external partners to ensure the successful implementation of GSS Education's current and innovative programs, ensuring their timely and budget-conscious completion. Key Responsibilities Program Administration and Coordination: Manage and Support the planning, implementation, and delivery of educational programs, financing projects and entrepreneurship consulting program for international students. Monitor program direction an schedules, ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time. Assist with the allocation of resources, including staff, materials, and budgets, to ensure program objectives are achieved. Stakeholder Communication : Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, educators, and external partners. Coordinate and facilitate program-related meetings, ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain comprehensive records of all program activities, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Budget and Financial Oversight : Assist in preparing and monitoring program budgets to ensure financial compliance. Generate financial reports and provide insights on program expenditures and forecasts. Risk Management: Identify potential challenges and risks in program execution, proposing effective solutions to mitigate them. Ensure that all programs comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards. Continuous Improvement : Support efforts to improve program efficiency and effectiveness by gathering feedback and analyzing program outcomes. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in program administration, project management, or a similar role, preferably within the education sector. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in program management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the education sector or managing educational programs is highly desirable. Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in program delivery.
