Retail Manager — North Lismore, Lismore Area

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Manager to lead our team at Agha Kebabs . As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities but not limited to: : Manage overall store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and financial performance. Supervise and lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer service. Monitor stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring product availability. Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to boost revenue. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Train and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Handle customer queries and complaints to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize store performance. Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail management role. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands. Proficiency in inventory management, sales tracking, and POS systems.
