We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer with a track record in delivering projects involving water and/or wastewater treatment. Bringing an appetite for building and maintaining strong client relationships and a passion for contributing to a high performing team, you will utilise your expertise to deliver complex and ambitious water & wastewater treatment projects for our clients. Playing a lead role, you’ll have a balance of technical work, design management, project management, operational support, business development, client engagement and support the continued growth of our team’s capabilities through mentoring. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: Delivering various and significant NSW, Australian and international water and wastewater treatment projects, by understanding clients’ needs Using your technical, project management and client relationship skills for the delivery and technical guidance of proposals, investigations and technical design projects Understanding client and project technical requirements, assisting to develop solutions, and preparation of technical reports, designs & specifications, client proposals and presentations Building and maintaining strong client relationships, including business development, and engagement throughout project delivery What you will bring to the team: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering, coupled with 7-10 years of experience that includes water or wastewater treatment concept and detailed design The ability to lead and/or work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team across the project lifecycle Strong client relationship skills, project management skills, and experience in preparing winning proposals Design or planning skills in water or wastewater treatment, including producing technical reports, developing engineering drawings, specifications and tender documentation for water or wastewater treatment infrastructure Experience with using process design software, with experience in plant hydraulics being highly desirable Project management or design management experience, together with a willingness and ability to mentor and provide direction to junior staff Interested?
