We’re scaling fast and we need a Senior Cloud Engineer to help design, automate, and secure our infrastructure. You’ll play a central role in shaping our AI-enabled platform, ensuring it is resilient, compliant, and ready for growth. From infrastructure-as-code to observability and SIEM integration, your work will drive both performance and protection in a high-impact, highly regulated space. What You’ll Do • Design and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Bicep, or equivalent tools • Deploy and support hybrid environments across Azure and AWS • Lead CI/CD automation for application, data, and infrastructure workflows • Integrate cloud infrastructure with Microsoft Sentinel and other SIEM tools • Implement logging pipelines and controls to support SOC operations • Deliver on Essential Eight compliance: MFA, backups, patching, hardening • Manage container workloads (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS/EKS) and registries • Build visibility across services through logging, metrics, and telemetry • Harden IAM, RBAC, and endpoint/network controls • Collaborate with developers, data, and security teams on shared goals How You’ll Make an Impact • Maintain secure, stable environments with minimal rework • Deliver infrastructure that meets audit, compliance, and regulatory standards • Drive automation and cost optimisation across environments • Support platform scalability to enable AI and analytics workloads • Provide artefacts that are versioned, reusable, and trusted across teams About You Essential experience • 7 years in cloud, infrastructure, or platform engineering • Proven capability across Azure and AWS • Skilled in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation) • CI/CD automation experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or Jenkins • Strong scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python • Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm • Knowledge of IAM, RBAC, conditional access, and secrets management • Familiar with cloud networking, monitoring, and logging tools • Experience supporting SOC and SIEM operations Desirable • Background in health, aged care, or regulated industries • Familiar with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, or Purview • Exposure to Databricks, Synapse, Event Hub, or Kafka • Understanding of Zero Trust architecture and segmentation • Compliance awareness (ITIL, ISO27001, SOC2, IRAP) • Certifications in Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, or DevSecOps Life at Trilogy Care We’re a fast-moving team, working at the intersection of care and innovation.
