Take on a pivotal role that truly makes an impact WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING As our Quality Assurance & Administration Officer , you’ll report directly to the Site Manager , ensuring excellence in both quality control and administrative functions. Quality Assurance Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the HACCP/SQF system , ensuring all food safety and quality standards are met. Handle customer QA enquiries , including Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Supplier Food Safety Questionnaires . Collaborate with the National QA Team to maintain and update quality documents. Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits to maintain certification compliance. Maintain internal registers and document management systems with precision. Assist the Site Manager in resolving customer complaints effectively. Administration Responsibilities: Support CHEP & LOSCAM pallet processes for seamless logistics. Answer phone calls and direct enquiries professionally. Perform general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We need an enthusiastic and highly organised professional who can bring both technical expertise and a proactive attitude to the role. If you tick these boxes, we want to hear from you Relevant qualifications in Quality Assurance or Administration. 2–3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and quality audits . Proficiency in SAP systems and familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems . Advanced skills in Excel and Word . Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills . A keen eye for detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. A flexible mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges.
