We're looking for a dynamic individual to support our Operations Team and lead our Brand Ambassador Field Team. As the Field Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in coaching, training and developing the team, ensuring top-tier execution of client campaigns ( mainly in a grocery environment ) and maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach Brand Ambassadors to continuously improve performance Assist with onboarding new team members. Conduct face-to-face briefings and training sessions to ensure high standards . Manage resources effectively to deliver professional campaign execution. Provide support to team members on store or product-related issues. Lead Event activations when needed. Communicate transparently with the Operations team and Regional Manager/Trainer. Ensure compliance with Strikeforce OH&S policies and HACCP guidelines. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in team management and training within Brand Ambassador or customer service roles. Strong ability to motivate and engage a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
