Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 Superannuation Position: Administrative & Accounts Assistant Location: Brisbane CBD Client Overview With over 25 years of experience, our client creates residential communities that combine design, functionality, and quality living. About the Role This position involves providing comprehensive administrative and accounts support to senior management, including the General Manager, CFO, and Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The role consists of 45% accounts tasks, 45% administrative support, and 10% personal assistant duties. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Support Process accounts receivable/payable and assist with month-end reporting. Reconcile credit cards and manage financial records. Maintain accuracy in data entry and database management. Administrative Support Manage senior management calendars and schedule meetings. Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents. Organize digital and physical filing systems. Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups. Office & Operations Oversee office supplies, equipment, and PO Box management. Conduct research for reports and projects. Assist with travel bookings and event coordination. Run occasional errands and handle personal assistant tasks. Ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information. About You Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in administration or personal assistant roles. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software. Experience in the property industry. Full, unencumbered driver’s license.
