Role responsibilities: Field sales calls and manage reception duties Communicate with customers to manage expectations and lead times Process customer orders and inquiries in a timely manner Resolve customer complaints effectively Provide administrative support to the Sales team using spreadsheets, email management, reporting, etc. Prepare and deliver customer quotes with accuracy Quality check all quotation packages before delivery Process customer credits promptly Input orders according to process requirements Track performance metrics for reporting purposes Support the sales team with order processing, invoicing, CRM updates Assist the Estimation team with quoting and pricing tasks About You Skills and Attributes: Strong telephone communication skills Able to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner Excellent customer service skills with effective communication Complaint resolution skills Proficient computer literacy with willingness to learn new software Attention to detail in data accuracy across all tasks Professional demeanor Experience: Entry-level candidates are welcome; previous experience required.
