Our client, an industry leading manufacturer of Unified Video, Access, and Security Systems, is seeking an IT Support & Systems Administration Manager to join their skilled IT team. About the Role As the IT Support & Systems Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the company's IT infrastructure. You will provide Level 2 & 3 technical support, oversee server and cloud technologies, manage networks, and ensure cybersecurity best practices are upheld. This role involves both technical expertise and strong collaboration with internal users and external vendors, working closely with the IT Manager to roll out corporate programs and key initiatives in the region. Key Responsibilities Cloud & Server Administration – Manage Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, hosted servers, and application provisioning. User Support & IT Operations – Provide hands-on support, oversee onboarding/offboarding processes, and ensure secure access control. Cybersecurity & Compliance – Identify risks, implement security protocols, and monitor systems for threats. Ticketing System & Documentation – Manage support requests, maintain IT documentation, and collaborate with internal teams. Network & Device Management – Maintain and troubleshoot corporate networks (LAN, WAN, wireless) and provide support for Windows & Mac devices. What You Bring Bachelors degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, networking or IT is preferred 5 years experience in network management, data processing, system analysis design and operations. Expertise in cloud & server technologies including Windows Server, Linux, SQL, Microsoft Azure, and Virtualization (Hyper-V preferred). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical instructions. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively across teams. Experience with Pronto ERP would be beneficial, but not essential. Why Join?
