Administration Officer We’re currently seeking a reliable and proactive Temporary Administration Officer to support our busy operations team. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing workflow and client communication. Key Responsibilities: Receive and process incoming client work orders Allocate jobs to field staff or contractors as per schedules and priorities Raise and send invoices using Xero accounting software Maintain clear records and ensure data is accurately entered into relevant systems Provide general administrative support to the operations team as required What We’re Looking For: Proven experience using Xero (invoicing, job tracking, etc.) Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Perks: Supportive and friendly team environment Flexible hours for the right candidate Potential to be a permanent position
