The Opportunity: As a Systems & Network Coordinator, you will be responsible to maintain and administer IT infrastructure, systems, software, applications across the project. This role will be based in our Sydney CBD office. Responsibilities : Elevate the performance, security, cost efficiency and innovation of our cloud-based platforms, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 Securing environments with firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, and vulnerability management, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem (XDR, Defender, Meraki) and SOC Assist as part of the problem management process in the resolution of technical/security related issues and where appropriate take ownership of response and remediation plan Enforce the security policy and compliance with project and corporate security requirements across the whole infrastructure including networks Implement technical solution to satisfy business requirements (e.g. Sharepoint sites, SSO/SAML, storage, etc) Configuration and troubleshooting of hardware like firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure in place Balance of exciting project work with critical day-to-day operations Criteria : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar field 3 years experience in systems and network engineering Extensive knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN Strong understanding of network security concepts, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention, and vulnerability assessments Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment.
