Job Description About the role We are looking for a detail-oriented P&C Systems Administrator to hit the ground running in this critical role. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and ongoing maintenance of our People Data in our HRIS. This 6 month fixed term full time position (with views to go permanent) is a critical role that requires strong data management skills. Additionally a proficiency in HRIS platforms, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business process improvements and reporting needs. In this role, you will: Take ownership of the stewardship and management of people data within the Human Force System, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and ongoing maintenance. Regularly cleanse data, implement protocols, and update data following organisational and employee changes to ensure the system remains a reliable source of truth. Coordinate and manage HR workflows in collaboration with the P&C Advisor and under the supervision of the Manager P&C Partnerships. Analyse data to develop best practices, troubleshoot system issues, and support the P&C Business Partner team in creating people-metric dashboards that inform actionable decisions and business process improvements. Extract people-related data, develop ad-hoc reports, and assist in compiling Board and Management reports with guidance from the Manager P&C Partnerships. Collaborate with P&C functions and the Chief People Officer to develop optimal reports and support continuous improvement efforts, including preparing analytics and metrics for leadership teams.
