Job Description HRIS Management & Improvement – Maintain and enhance the HRIS, ensure data accuracy, generate reports, and implement system upgrades for efficiency Compliance & Record Keeping – Ensure adherence to legislation, maintain secure employee records, conduct audits, and manage expiring compliance requirements People Services Support – Provide HR administrative support, assist with offboarding, prepare employment documents, and coordinate training records HR Administration – Manage leave tracking, respond to employee queries, maintain staff records, and assist with payroll and benefits administration Continuous Improvement & General Support – Develop HR policies, contribute to projects, stay updated on HR trends, and drive process improvements
