Our client is looking for a Contract Administrator to support current and upcoming developments. Duties and Responsibilities Liaise with developers and potential purchasers on upcoming projects. Manage project enquiries, contracts, and the sales process. Support the project sales agent with all administrative duties related to current and upcoming projects. Oversee the contract administration process, from pre-construction to project completion Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring clear terms and compliance. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Qualifications and Requirements A relevant qualification in Project Management, Business or equivalent work experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in project administration or real estate. Strong understanding of contracts, project management, and sales processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $80,000 plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
