About the Opportunity As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager with the day to day running of our aged care home. Coordinate new resident admissions Sales enquiries and tours Monitor the home’s occupancy Administer employee onboarding and safety screening Submission of accurate employee and payroll information to payroll Rosters Reception Ability to capture feedback into home’s feedback system About You Our ideal candidate has: MUST have experience with rostering and hiring/recruitment processes MUST have experience with CRM Experience in Administration (aged care or healthcare desirable) Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to use and learn various systems e.g., quality management system, databases, payroll and rostering systems. Exceptional communication and organisational skills Experience using HumanForce is highly advantageous. The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of COVID-19 and Influenza Vaccination and may need to complete a NDIS check.
