Service and Warranty Administrator VDI Australia Group of Companies have been the sole national distributor for Yutong buses since 2018, specialising in distributing Yutong buses and luxury coaches to a wide range of businesses and industries across Australia. Due to this growth, we have an opportunity for a suitably experienced Service and Warranty Administrator to join our Service and Warranty team on a permanent basis. Ideally, you will possess experience using Pentana systems within the automotive sector or similar. The role will answer to the Workshop Manager in our Cairns branch. Some of the main duties of the role are – Stock control Souring of suitable replacement parts Developing supplier relationships Service bookings. Repair bookings. Maintaining Workshop calendar. Completing costing of repair orders. Invoicing of repairs and services. Liaising with customers and both internal and external workshops Compiling and completing warranty claims. Keeping valid, current, and legible records of all claims submitted. Maintaining and inputting warranty claims on both Yutong DMS and Era Power. We are looking for someone who – Has experience with service and warranty procedures – ideally with over 12 months experience. Wants to join an exciting organisation, filled with highly dedicated people Has experience using Pentana systems in the automotive or a similar sector using Pentana. Is goal and target driven, with a keen sense of urgency Has exceptional people and customer service skills Has excellent time management, organisational and communication skills Possesses a high attention to detail and the ability to adhere to systems Has the capacity to build & maintain good working relationships with staff and managers across the VDI network.
