Responsibilities : HR Projects: Contribute to the planning and execution of the Regional HR projects. Participate in the implementation of new HR systems and processes. Onboarding/Offboarding: Conduct orientation programs for new employees, introducing them to company policies and culture. Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed. Support and manage employee disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Monitor and address employee morale and satisfaction. Foster a positive working environment through effective communication and conflict resolution. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws. Compile monthly Payroll - update on employees’ movement, OT claims etc Monthly update on HR headcount reporting; benefits administration, collaborating with finance and other departments as necessary. Prepare HR-related reports and analytics to assist in decision-making. Policy Implementation: Support in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures to ensure adherence across the organization. Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations, making recommendations for updates to policies as needed. Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices. Collaborate with legal counsel as needed to address HR-related legal matters. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in human resources or similar roles. Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
