Opportunities for professional development and career progression. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional Level 2 IT support across a diverse client base, both remotely and on-site. Provide guidance and mentorship to Level 1 Engineers, helping to upskill the team. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving firewalls, network switches, and IT systems. Conduct Office 365 and SharePoint migrations, ensuring seamless transitions for clients. Manage and maintain client environments, documenting solutions and configurations. Stay current with industry trends, particularly in cybersecurity, and apply this knowledge to client environments. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions. Required Experience: Experience working in an MSP environment (preferred). Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting firewalls and network switches. Expertise in Office 365 and SharePoint migrations, as well as general IT infrastructure. Strong knowledge of network administration, including VLANs, VPNs, and DNS/DHCP. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for explaining technical concepts clearly. A collaborative mindset, with experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
