Role Overview To support our ongoing growth and opportunities Valocity are seeking a customer obsessed, results-driven, Director of Sales to lead our corporate sales team in Australia. This pivotal role will drive our sales strategy, expand our market presence, and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a creative, solutions oriented, ambitious, dynamic and have a track record of developing and maintaining long-term enterprise relationships with the ability to close high value enterprise deals in large financial services or enterprise solutions businesses. You will be a long-term relationship builder with the ability to leverage your strong network and expertise to deliver impact supported by a leading innovative technology and data team. Responsibilities Develop and execute on our comprehensive growth strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion Prepare and maintain revenue forecasts, and monitor and analyze performance metrics Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our market presence with input to product roadmap opportunities that deliver to market needs Negotiate contract terms & conditions, to execute agreements with customers Lead and manage RFP processes; develop and write solution-based sales proposals Collaborate with our global technology, data, and product team to align our innovation roadmap to key customer needs that grow our market position Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and long-term innovation investment Prepare and present sales reports, account plans, forecasts, and performance metrics to executive management Nurture, retain and grow existing client relationships to ensure we continue our metric of zero customer churn in every market. ABOUT YOU You're customer-obsessed with a “can do” attitude and a passion for delivering amazing customer solutions. You've got 7 years of experience in a sales role in financial services. You've deepened enterprise relationships, resulting in increased revenue and services. Knowledge of credit risk, banking, and mortgage products is a huge plus. You're a pro with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. You're experienced with CRM systems (HubSpot is ideal). Your communication and collaboration skills are top-notch.
