About the Role This role combines intake responsibilities with administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless experience for new participants and effective handling of all essential documentation. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, building positive relationships with clients and referrers, and ensuring accurate paperwork management for Support Work, Support Coordination, and Allied Health services. Key Responsibilities Onboarding New Participants: Manage the full intake process, ensure documentation is complete, and coordinate initial assessments. Building Positive Relationships: Act as the key contact for new clients and referrers, ensuring a smooth transition into services. Handling Documentation: Maintain accurate participant records, ensuring compliance with NDIS and company policies. Administrative Support: Manage schedules, book meetings, track action items, and maintain organised filing systems. Financial & Office Support: Track assessment bookings, accept payments from participants, coordinate office logistics, and maintain supplies. First Aid & Fire Warden Duties: Ensure workplace safety, maintain first aid kits, participate in emergency drills, and support fire safety compliance. About You Experience in administrative or intake roles (NDIS experience highly regarded). Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, ensuring a positive experience for participants and referrers. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and tools like Canva. High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Qualifications & Requirements Relevant qualification in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience). NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain). First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain). Driver’s License & Reliable Motor Vehicle with Insurance.
