About the role This pivotal role as Business Administration Lead offers the opportunity to provide high-level support to the Executive Lead, Service Delivery, the EL team, and Program Leads at Playgroup NSW. You will be instrumental in streamlining operations, fostering collaboration across departments, and ensuring efficient program support. Your contribution will enable the EL Service and Program Leads to concentrate on strategic growth and program excellence, making a real difference in the organisation's impact. What you'll be doing Manage contracts, including venues, leasing, and service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring compliance and performance. Provide comprehensive administrative support, including meeting coordination, schedule management, and report preparation. Coordinate venue bookings and lease agreements. Support program CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Assist with financial management activities, such as processing reimbursements and managing expenditure. Provide people support to Program Leads, including onboarding administration, payroll documentation, and leave management. Contribute to special projects and ensure compliance with risk management and child safety policies. What we're looking for Tertiary qualifications in business administration, management, or a related field. Proven experience in providing high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Strong contract management and financial administration skills. Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A commitment to the values of Playgroup NSW and a willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check.
