About the Role: As the Engineering Maintenance Manager based in Enfield, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our plant and equipment. Reporting to the Branch General Manager and working closely with the National Engineering Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of maintenance professionals to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement activities. Lead the completion of preventative maintenance schedules through the CMMS. Identify efficiency improvements and assist with any plant upgrades and installations. Oversee contractor management for all contractors working onsite. Ensure all work is completed within budget parameters. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and all applicable regulations. Work collaboratively with internal departments, including production and service. What We're Looking For: Proven leadership experience managing a team of tradespeople and contractors, preferably in a plant maintenance-based environment. Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team. Tertiary or Trade qualifications in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) with hands-on experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CMMS, and a solid understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles and safety risk assessments. Strong knowledge of AUS compliance standards, with experience in implementing corrective actions. Excellent communication skills, with a "can-do" attitude and a proactive approach to achieving results.
