TalentWeb is looking to speak with experienced Senior or Associate Structural Engineers in Sydney for a role with an award-winning international civil and structural engineering consultancy to play a key role in expanding their Sydney presence. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical design experience and business development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects in Australia and a robust client portfolio. The consultancy specialises in post-tensioned developments, focusing on mid/high-rise, residential and commercial projects as well as large industrial developments across the NSW region. The role: Lead the structural design and delivery of mid/high-rise projects (8 storeys). Work closely with the Sydney Office Manager, assisting in team leadership responsibilities, design review and QA/project sign-off. Engage in business development and client relationship to grow the Sydney office and market cap. About you: 7 years structural engineering experience in Sydney; Experience using post-tension design software ideal but not a necessity (RAPT or RAM-Concept). CPEng accreditation. Strong technical expertise with the ability to manage and deliver projects. A demonstratable track record in client engagement, business development and account management.
